Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property clean and well-maintained inside and out. You will handle custodial tasks, grounds work, and unit make-readies when needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year in maintenance or related fields. You will operate common maintenance equipment and follow safety regulations to preserve the property's aesthetics and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related work experience.
• General knowledge in skilled trades (construction/installation, repair, drywall, carpentry).
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and basic landscaping as directed.
• Clean breezeways, wash surfaces, and manage trash removal.
• Assist in make-ready units and prepare vacants for occupancy.
• Operate equipment like power washers, floor scrubbers, and carts.
• Support pool maintenance and respond to on-call needs.
• Document work orders and ensure timely completion.
