Job summary

Core Spaces is accepting applications for an on-site Maintenance Technician. You will handle daily maintenance tasks across residential units and common areas, with a focus on plumbing, HVAC, and safety checks. The role requires performing preventative maintenance and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance, basic MEP knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. On-site work, flexible hours, and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience or related work.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for units and common areas.
• Repair plumbing to prevent water damage.
• Perform painting and drywall repairs.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance programs and safety policies.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and appliances.
