Job summary

Sentral is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team. You will maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and systems, performing painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks. The role requires a proactive, ownership-minded approach and a willingness to be on-call.

The position is on-site with rotating on-call duties. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus maintenance experience or a technical college background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven maintenance experience or related degree from a technical college.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine building maintenance including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC upkeep.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections as scheduled.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as needed; respond to emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness of building interior/exterior and report supply needs.
