Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
• Experience with Troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Background in Industrial Maintenance or similar environments, with familiarity in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC support.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely; understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple work orders and projects.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to serving residents in a respectful, professional manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or vocational training and prior property maintenance experience are highly beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
