Job summary

Greystar seeks a Maintenance Lead to ensure units, buildings, and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards on-site in Colorado Springs. You will lead work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks, coordinating with the Area Maintenance Manager.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and hands-on tool skills. Strong safety, customer service, and documentation practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads/plans completion of work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Leads/prepares the make-ready process for new move-ins.
• Manages material/equipment inventory and vendor coordination.
• Monitors inspections via Leonardo 247, Entrata, and other platforms.
• Documents work and maintains accurate records and paperwork.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing instead of replacing parts where feasible.
