Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in North Randall, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician on-site for the second shift. This entry-level role supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance of building systems, with growth opportunities in the engineering field.

Schedule: 3:00pm–11:30pm, Tue–Sat. You will assist with carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting; complete work orders in CMMS; and maintain tools and supplies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Trade school, union training, military service, or college desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders up to 30 ft.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or painting.
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain service documentation.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
• Work closely under the direction of Operating Engineers, Chief Engineers and others.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
