Job summary

You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and monitoring across boilers, chillers, VAV systems, and related equipment with a hands-on, multi-trade approach.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with commercial building systems, EPA 608 certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required.
• 5+ years of commercial building systems experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain air handling equipment and pumps.
• Respond to alarms and monitor HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance on boilers, ventilation, and hot water systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing components.
• Document work and ensure safety permits.
