Qualifications

• Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical craft areas.
• Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance experience in industrial or commercial environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Maintain and repair manufacturing process equipment and building infrastructure.
• Diagnose mechanical systems, pumps, motors, and hydraulic equipment.
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Respond to urgent work orders within 24 hours while maintaining quality repairs.
• Monitor building automation, power, and backup systems, and manage spare parts inventory.
