Job summary

You will inspect facilities, report conditions, replace lighting, move furniture, and update work orders in Corrigo CMMS. Safety training and codes compliance are required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of building repair/maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal refrigerant license preferred and building trades coursework beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Handle interior maintenance tasks like furniture, doors, lighting, and fixtures.
• Move equipment and furniture as needed and update work orders in Corrigo CMMS in real time.
• Complete hazard assessments and ensure compliance with safety procedures and local codes.
