Job summary

Asset Living in Moore, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support onsite property maintenance, including corrective, preventative and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will participate in make-ready work and respond to resident requests to keep common areas and units in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, with a focus on safety and reliable transportation for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
• Support make-ready processes for unit turnover under supervision.
• Operate pool maintenance tasks and keep chemical logs accurate.
