Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance, make-ready tasks, and daily operations at our community. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure timely repairs and high standards of service for residents.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety, Fair Housing, and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills essential for on-site software and operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Carry out maintenance, make-ready, and routine tasks for community buildings and units.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper record-keeping of service requests and inspections.
