Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for a Monday–Friday, on-site role. You will perform general maintenance, preventative work, and safety inspections to keep facilities, homes, grounds, and vehicles in safe, functional condition. On-call responsibilities may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across facilities, homes, and equipment (plumbing, electrical, appliances, furnishings, fixtures).
• Maintain facilities, grounds, and agency-owned vehicles; include snow removal and salting.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections; monitor alarms, sprinkler, HVAC, and safety devices.
• Manage maintenance requests and documentation; prioritize work and communicate needs to supervisor.
