Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Atlanta, GA. You will assist in maintenance across community buildings, perform preventive and corrective tasks, and support make-ready processes under supervision.

Regular on-site attendance and safety compliance are required. We offer a comprehensive rewards package including medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with employer matching, paid holidays, and paid sick days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Assist in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community, including grounds and common areas.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inspect grounds and buildings daily.
