Job summary

Mercy Housing Management Group is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician for The Atrium at Collegetown in Atlanta, GA. The role covers preventative maintenance, minor repairs and apartment turnovers to ensure cleanliness and hazard-free spaces.

Pay ranges from $23 to $24.50 per hour, with early close Fridays, holidays, paid time off, health plans, 403b with match, and parental leave benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance via training or experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Minimum of one year in skilled maintenance work (preferred).
• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
