Mercy Housing in Georgia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers on-site. You will uphold a high standard of cleanliness and safety while delivering courteous customer service.

You’ll work as part of a maintenance team, with competitive pay ($23–$24.50/hour) and a benefits package that includes PTO, healthcare, 403b with match, life insurance, and additional leave options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
