Bryten in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations at Laurel Valley Apartments. You will manage the team, schedule service requests, and oversee preventive maintenance to keep residents’ homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience, HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training required.
• 3+ years in building, facilities, apartment, or property maintenance with supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• HVAC certification and/or trade certifications in electrical, plumbing, or related fields required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team while promoting safety and customer service.
• Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance programs, and repair activities to meet deadlines and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee make-ready operations and ensure vacant homes are prepared per standards.
