Ridgebrook Apartments in Knoxville, TN seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, oversee work orders, turns, and curb appeal, and ensure safety and accountability. You will guide technicians and custodial staff in a hands-on leadership role with rotation-based on-call duties.

Preferred candidates have prior apartment maintenance experience; a valid driver’s license is required. HVAC certification is a plus, with training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to train, coach and guide other maintenance personnel.
• Shared on-call rotation required.
• HVAC certification or EPA-related training is a plus and training may be provided.

Responsabilités

• Oversee work orders and apartment turns to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Manage curb appeal and ongoing maintenance projects across the community.
• Provide guidance and direction to Maintenance Technicians and Custodial staff.
• Hands-on leadership balancing planning, execution, and team support; participate in on-call rotation.
