Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team at Union Hills Estates in Glendale, AZ. You will manage daily operations, supervise technicians, and ensure timely service while upholding safety standards and resident satisfaction.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and handle on-call emergencies. A HVAC certification and strong troubleshooting skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of building, facilities, apartment, or property maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance staff.
• Prioritize service requests and preventive maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee apartment make-readies and occupancy readiness.
• Perform and supervise repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general systems.
• Inspect properties and coordinate with vendors and management on projects.
• Maintain records, inventories, work orders, and safety documentation.
