Job summary

Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Easton Apartments maintenance team in Tennessee. You will supervise a diverse crew, coordinate service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across the community.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in building or facilities maintenance with supervisory experience, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years building, facilities, or property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification and/or trade certifications in electrical/plumbing.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team.
• Coordinate service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready operations and occupancy readiness.
• Perform and supervise HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage documentation and records.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergencies.
• Promote safety and customer service across the community.
