The role requires 3+ years in residential property maintenance, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff. Full-time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years in residential property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and heating systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists in maintenance operations with oversight from the Property Manager.
• Prioritizes work, maintains inventory, and schedules daily maintenance duties.
• Reports issues to Property Manager and monitors utility sources.
• Conducts safety meetings and oversees after-hours coverage.
• Performs regular safety inspections and ensures compliance with programs.
