Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Real Page One Site or similar property management software preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing work orders and making repairs.
• Oversee the 'make-ready' process for vacant apartments.
• Develop and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the community.
• Inspect the building and property daily for safety.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
