Job summary

The United Group of Companies, Inc is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Fox Run at Fulton in Poughkeepsie, NY. Work hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with after-hours as needed for emergencies.

Responsibilities include directing maintenance operations, coordinating renovations with the Property Manager, and ensuring safety program compliance. Requires 3+ years in residential property maintenance and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry; EPA Universal/HVAC/CPO

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and heating systems.
• High School Diploma required.
• EPA Universal, HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists in all phases of maintenance operations with oversight from the Property Manager.
• Schedule and manage daily maintenance work and renovations.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ensure safety programs and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and after-hours coverage.
• Perform inspections and ensure work quality.
