Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community facilities and units.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders and requests.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features for safety and compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies and budget adherence.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and make-ready status.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training as needed.
• On-call emergency duties and after-hours support.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
