Job summary

Asset Living in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality in daily tasks. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and inspections, while coordinating with the Community Manager to meet property objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.
