Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a Texas community. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage staff and vendors, ensure safety standards, and deliver excellent resident service.

Regular on-site attendance and strong organizational skills are essential. You will coordinate service requests, inspections, budgeting, and preventive maintenance programs while maintaining proper records and ensuring compliance with EPA/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget and maintain records.
• Plan preventive maintenance to extend asset life and reduce repairs.
• Lead safety training and enforce OSHA guidelines.
