Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across its communities. You will supervise staff, manage work orders, and ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Regular/daily on-site attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify hazards and comply with safety standards.
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget and maintain inventory.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Lead safety training and enforce OSHA guidelines.
• Oversee make-ready tasks and ensure timely unit turnover.
• Supervise training and scheduling of maintenance staff under the Community Manager.
• Provide input on performance evaluations and staff development.
• Promote quality workmanship and strong customer service.

Education
