Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, coordinate requests, and supervise staff across a portfolio of properties. You will ensure safety, perform inspections, and manage inventory while maintaining vendor relations and budget adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to respond to emergencies. On-site work with regular field visits is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for safety and liability concerns.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Supervise maintenance staff; train and schedule activities.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and after-hours work as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and preventive maintenance.

Education
