Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Lincoln point in Linwood, NC. The role oversees maintenance operations, coordinates work orders, and ensures safety standards across the community.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills; HVAC knowledge is a plus. On-site duties include supervising staff, managing vendors, and contributing to a safe, well-maintained property.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; manage inventory and budgets.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and ensure timely resolutions.
