Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Connecticut communities to oversee upkeep and safety. You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure quality in every building and common area.

This on-site role requires a valid driver''s license, a high school diploma, and 3+ years in property maintenance. You will coordinate with vendors, maintain preventive maintenance records, and uphold OSHA/EPA standards while delivering resident service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• On-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in property maintenance or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, hire/train, and inspect work orders.
• Oversee appearance, condition, and functionality of buildings/grounds.
• Schedule maintenance to cover emergency needs around the clock.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards followed; maintain records of PMs and requests.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors and secure bids as needed.
• Utilize maintenance management systems to process work orders.
