South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Orlando to ensure the physical integrity and safety of our community. You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate repairs, and uphold company standards for a high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, scheduling staff for 24/7 readiness, and maintaining records of preventive maintenance and expenses. This role requires a valid license, onsite availability, and a strong focus on resident

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• On-site five days a week; not remote/hybrid.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in property maintenance or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; delegate work orders and supervise vendors.
• Maintain physical integrity of the community and ensure safety.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests, parts, and expenditures.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed; conduct safety meetings.
