Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to preserve community integrity and safety. You will lead maintenance staff, manage work orders, and ensure timely, quality repairs across the property.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager, monitor safety protocols, and keep accurate records of preventive maintenance and repairs. This role requires a hands-on leader who values resident satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring maintenance staff.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance operations.
• Comfort with computers and maintenance software.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely.
• Familiar with EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance team; supervise work orders.
• Maintain overall appearance, condition, and functionality of buildings and grounds.
