South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical integrity of our Connecticut community, manage maintenance staff, schedule on-call coverage, and ensure safety standards are met.

You will partner with the Community Manager, coordinate repairs from HVAC to plumbing, maintain records, and uphold company service levels while delivering a clean and safe living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license.
• On-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in property maintenance or similar field.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours.
• Able to walk the property, including stairs; stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance team members through hiring, training, and supervision.
• Oversee the appearance, condition, and functionality of buildings and grounds.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergencies and on-call tickets.
• Schedule team members for around-the-clock readiness.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed; maintain maintenance records.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; obtain bids as needed.
• Utilize maintenance management systems to complete work orders.
