Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the community's physical integrity and safety. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and technicians to anticipate and correct issues while driving resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading staff, scheduling, performing maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool systems, and ensuring safety compliance. On-site work five days a week with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing others.
• Knowledge of property maintenance operations and safety standards.
• Ability to use computers and maintenance software to track work orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, hire/train, delegate work orders, inspect jobs.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency tickets, around the clock.
• Ensure safety standards (OSHA) and proper maintenance records are kept.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage inventory for common repairs.
• Communicate with residents and team, maintaining a professional image.
