South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to uphold the physical integrity of our communities in CT. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and Technicians to ensure safe, well-maintained properties and respond to resident needs.

You will lead a maintenance team, schedule work, and enforce OSHA standards while maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience of maintenance teams.
• General knowledge of property maintenance operations.
• Proficient with computers and software programs.
• Skilled in safe use of hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising maintenance staff.
• Lead service staff, delegate work orders, inspect completed work.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are well-maintained and meet standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency tickets.
• Schedule personnel for 24/7 availability for emergencies.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; conduct safety meetings.
• Track maintenance records, requests, and expenditures.
• Interface with vendors and secure bids for services.
