Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s physical upkeep and safety in Savannah, GA. You will coordinate with the Community Manager and technicians, ensuring responsive maintenance and a positive living environment for residents.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while complying with OSHA/EPA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of experience in property maintenance or an equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising maintenance team members.
• Lead service staff, delegate work orders, and inspect completed jobs.
• Ensure the appearance, condition, and functionality of all buildings and grounds meet standards.
• Perform routine maintenance work orders and respond to emergencies.
• Interface with contractors and vendors and secure bids for services.
