Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and handle upkeep for buildings and grounds. You will plan daily tasks, prep vacant units, and support vendor coordination on-site in a fast-paced residential setting.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, strong supervisory skills, and a hands-on approach to maintenance. This is a full‑time on‑site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with contacts.
• Property maintenance or handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work and service orders.
• Assist in interviewing and training maintenance staff and custodial teams.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage equipment.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Respond to after-hours service requests and on-call emergencies.
