Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to keep apartment homes and community areas in top condition. You will perform a wide range of repairs, painting, and preventive tasks to ensure quality and safety for residents.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry, with certifications for EPA and CPO preferred or achievable within six months of hire. On-call and weekend duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal or Type I/II certification required or obtainable within six months.
• CPO certification preferred for pool service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartment homes and common areas per checklists.
• Perform painting, repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks.
• Inspect and service pools, irrigation, and safety equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise on-site contractors as needed.
• Keep EPA and CPO certifications current and log maintenance activities.
