Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain apartment interiors and community amenities. You will perform painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and address landscaping and irrigation issues to preserve curb appeal.

The role requires EPA/CPO certifications and the ability to work independently with urgency. On-call duty, weekends, and nights may be required to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) is required or to be obtained within six months of hire.
• Over three years of maintenance experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC or plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry to maintain the property's interiors and amenities.
• Respond to service requests, inspect units, and address issues to ensure timely repairs and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain records such as EPA logs, MSDS sheets, and inventory; manage work orders and coordinate with supervisors and contractors.
• Assist with move-ins/outs, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards across the property.
