Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an On-Site Resident Maintenance Technician for Florida communities. The role involves painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, carpentry, landscaping, and ensuring curb appeal across properties.

You will perform move-in/move-out inspections, respond to service requests, and maintain pool areas with required certifications. Certification in CPO and EPA (Universal or Type I/II) may be required within six months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is required.
• CPO certification may be required to service pools; EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) must be provided within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenities and apartment interiors, including painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and fixtures; perform drywall and stucco repairs as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, groundskeeping, irrigation checks, and trash removal.
• Move-in/move-out inspections; assist residents with appliance operation and questions.
• Respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and escalate complex HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or appliance repairs as needed.
• Support on-call rotations, pool inspections, and hurricane/post-storm readiness.
