Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks in community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and prevent hazards per OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call property emergencies.
