Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) for CentrePoint Apartments in Tucson, AZ. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise a maintenance team, and ensure the property meets company standards and legal requirements.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general systems, perform inspections, and coordinate with vendors while supporting a safe, clean, and well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Ability to work within budgetary guidelines.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general property repairs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Supervise maintenance team daily activities and workflow.
• Train and coach maintenance staff.
• Diagnose problems and complete repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Inspect the property daily and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and QC.
• Complete unit turns and drywall/caulking tasks as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis.
• Further coach and develop maintenance team.
