Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly with on-call rotations and possible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times.
• Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Anticipate, identify and correct property issues and implement preventive procedures.
• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate with the team as needed.
