Mission Rock Residential LLC is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at our Crestone property. You will ensure the property meets company standards and legal requirements while leading a maintenance team and coordinating repairs, inspections, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include planning work schedules, diagnosing problems, training staff, handling inspections, and responding to emergencies.

Formación

• General property repair knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Ability to work within budgetary guidelines and understand fair housing laws.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Direct and supervise maintenance team daily activities.
• Inspect properties and coordinate vendor/contractor work.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis.
