Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) for CentrePoint Apartments in Tucson, AZ. The role leads daily maintenance operations to ensure properties meet company standards and legal requirements.

You will schedule preventive work, supervise the maintenance team, handle vendor relations, and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. On-call duties are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Ability to work within budgetary guidelines.
• General property maintenance knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance at the property.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Direct and supervise maintenance team with task planning and performance reviews.
• Train and coach maintenance team members.
• Diagnose problems, perform repairs, and maintain property areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool (if applicable).
• Conduct daily property inspections and maintain cleanliness with the team.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and quality control.
• Complete unit turns, painting, drywall, and wear and tear items.
• Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies on a rotation basis.
