Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) for Crestone at Shadow Mountain in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees day-to-day maintenance operations to meet standards and comply with laws.

You will lead the maintenance team, plan schedules, supervise tasks, train staff, diagnose problems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, perform daily property inspections, manage vendor relationships, and handle after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis.

Qualifications

• Understanding of federal fair housing laws and applicable local housing provisions.
• Ability to comprehend and work within budgetary guidelines.
• Knowledge of general property repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, and appliances.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance at the assigned property.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations of the property.
• Direct and supervise maintenance team: planning schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and quality.
