Job summary

Vidalta Residential in Arlington, Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee vendor relationships, and safeguard property curb appeal and resident service.

This role manages apartment turnover to make-ready, develops a preventive maintenance program, ensures OSHA and EPA safety compliance, controls maintenance budgets, and coordinates with a Facilities team to keep communities safe and well operating for residents.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in property maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general appliance repair.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required for HVAC refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site maintenance staff and contractors.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service requests; manage make-ready timelines.
• Assist in budget development and monitor maintenance expenditures.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA) across all activities.
• Oversee apartment turnover (make-ready) processes and preventative maintenance programs.
