Job summary

Vidalta Property Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor in Orlando to support the Service Manager in daily residential maintenance operations. The role focuses on keeping properties in top condition, maximizing resident satisfaction, and guiding the on-site team.

You will lead a maintenance team, troubleshoot complex repairs, and manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure safety and quality across units and common areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in property maintenance with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with maintenance software for work orders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the on-site maintenance team and schedule work.
• Provide hands-on support for complex repairs ensuring safety and quality.
• Act as acting Service Manager in their absence and manage emergencies.
• Manage work orders, inventories, and invoices with accurate records.
• Oversee make-ready/turnover for vacant units per schedules and checklists.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors, ensuring quality control.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
