Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Framingham, MA community. You will oversee all resident service and maintenance requests, ensure safety and quality, and lead a service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With five years of building and mechanical maintenance and at least three years of supervision, you will manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and uphold company standards across grounds, units, and amenities. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in building and mechanical maintenance.
• Three years’ experience supervising associates.
• Extensive experience with vendor management.
• Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all resident service and maintenance requests.
• Meet the service budget and manage financial resources for projects.
• Lead and mentor the service team; oversee interviewing and training.
• Schedule and supervise contractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and quality across the community.
