Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in multi-family or hospitality settings.
• Residential plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, drywall.
• HVAC and carpentry knowledge is a plus.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficient with computers and smartphones.
• Valid driver’s license and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and restore service promptly.
• Keep community, units, and common areas clean and presentable.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy including basic trades and cleaning.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory; request replacements as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
