Job summary

Archway Communities Colorado is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to provide advanced technical leadership for day-to-day maintenance across a small property cluster. You will mentor on-site technicians, coordinate work orders, and ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and resident-service standards.

This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, unit turns, and coordinating with property management to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Budgeting experience? Must be able to use computer software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance operations, guiding Technicians and prioritizing daily tasks.
• Coordinate unit turns and preventive maintenance to meet move-in deadlines and occupancy goals.
• Ensure safety, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
• Provide onboarding and training for new maintenance staff.
• Communicate with Regional Maintenance Manager about staffing and operational challenges.
• Assist with scheduling vendor work and oversee contractor quality and safety.
